Given the increasing demand of global pharmaceutical shippers currently selecting Uruguay and MVD Free Airport in particular as a gateway for South American distribution, MVD Free Airport is commencing the development of the phase 2 of its Cold Chain Warehousing Master Plan. This entails a new state-of-the-art cold chain warehouse to add to its existing capacity in order to service existing and future demands for its regional distribution operations.

MVD Free Airport has stipulated Q4 2019 as a tentative inauguration date and is currently in the formal development of the project and floor plans.
