Under his leadership, LATIN AMERICA CARGO CITY has positioned itself as a best-in-class cargo-terminal operator specializing in cold-chain management. He has led a company-wide transformation process including the development of state-of-the-art infrastructure, proprietary client-centric MIS, and the development of an executive and operational team that always maintains a client-first approach.
Bruno also acts as the Cargo Terminal Director for Corporación America’s global cargo operations where he has developed a global vision of the cargo business in Corporación America´s global network of airports.
He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration
Hans Guiscardo
Senior Manager, Global Accounts
Hans brings 10+ years of experience implementing solutions for Fortune 500 on a global scale. He has worked closely with different corporate business functions throughout Lat Am, EMEA, APAC and the U.S. successfully designing and implementing service models tailored to organizational needs and country-specific cultural, economic and social conditions.
Prior to joining LATIN AMERICA CARGO CITY Hans led the expansion process of woOw!, the fastest growing e-commerce company in the region from the ground floor.
He holds a degree in Philosophy and International Business and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
Maximiliano Lema
Advisory and Implementation Manager
Max brings 10+ years of experience in consulting and large-scale implementations. As Advisory and Implementation Manager, he liaises with internal and external clients to identify, plan and execute the strategy to construct the solutions for special projects and key initiatives. He leads the implementation of new distribution models and the compliance of the work methodology (OKR) at an organizational level including compliance of the work methodology on value processes, process streamlining and design as well as project managing key client initiatives.
His academic background lies in International Business with an Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
Noel Aguinaga
Head of Client Advisory
Noel brings over 8+ years of consulting experience in b2b consultative sales. Her focus is primarily set on the international business development functions as well as the development of global indirect marketing channels to enhance the Latin America Cargo City brand. She is also involved in the pre-implementation stages of new accounts and acts as the main point of contact once operations go live. Her academic background is in international relations.
José Larpin
Operations Manager
Jose brings 16+ years of experience in planning and supply chain functions in highly dynamic environments. His vast experience working in multicultural environments and global implementations have provided him the insights needed to better understand both global and regional customer’s mindsets and perspectives. He is an Industrial Engineer and an MBA, a thorough academic background providing him with both the technical and business tools to design, implement and oversee successful regional operations.
Karina Salles
Pharma Operations Manager
Karina comes with 8+ years of experience in leadership roles overseeing industrial and logistic processes. Possessing a very strong quality assurance background, she is responsible for all pharma logistics operations including process design and implementation, negotiating and complying with internal and external service level agreements, training and development programs and overseeing all daily operations.
Prior to her current role, she lead the QA team at LACC for 7+ years, and prior to LACC , Karina lead all the thermical process activities at Laboratorio Tecnológico del Uruguay. She holds a degree in Nutritional Engineering as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
Agustina Parilla
Head of Engineering and Project Management
Agustina currently leads the project management and engineering functions at Latin America Cargo City. With a strong background in logistics, supply chain planning and project management, she currently leads key company projects, especially those with strong IT components: technical deployments, WMS upgrades, interfaces and integrations with client systems, solution design, user requirement specifications and backlog management. Additionally, she leads strategic initiatives including capability enhancement and new process designs, amongst other tasks. She holds a background in Industrial Engineering and is a Masters in Information Systems Management candidate.
Inés Brazuna
Pharmaceutical Operations Supervisor
Inés Brazuna is the Key Accounts Operational Supervisor at LATIN AMERICA CARGO CITY. With over 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, she is in charge of the daily supervision of all key accounts, providing a QA oriented vision in the field. She works closely with the Head of Operations Strategy and Planning in the implementation of SOPs, training on procedures and best practices and acts as the client first point of contact for operations-related communication. She has a background as a prevention technician and chemical technologist.
Carla Sarti
Head of Operations Planning
Carla brings 5+ years experience in international freight management. As Client Advisor, Carla oversees initial stages of client engagements, ensurings all needs and requests are met on a timely basis. She has a key role liasing with Business Intelligence to ensure all operational data is readily available and works closely with other corporate functions to ensure timely communication with all clients and an above-par service delivery.
Previously Carla played key operational roles in organizations such as Lexmark and IFS Neutral Maritime Services. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations.
Valeria Estrugo
Quality Assurance Manager
Valeria brings over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in diverse leadership roles. She has led international leadership positions in the areas of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Excellence in Quality, Quality Culture. She also brings vast experience in manufacturing (sterile, non-sterile, biotechnological) and distribution of medicines. Her project management track record includes leading successful cross-functional projects in various startup departments and quality functions. She is a global GMP/GDP auditor with knowledge in the application of Operational Excellence tools (Lean), change management and organizational culture. She has a background in pharmaceutical chemistry and postgraduate studies in business administration.
Leandro Galeano
Head of Administration and BI
Leandro brings 8+ years of experience in the automation design and KPI implementation of key organizational processes as well as in a wide range of administrative and financial functions. As Head of Business Intelligence and Administration at Latin America Cargo City, he partners with internal functions to construct indicators for all critical company processes as well as structure reporting mechanisms for timely access to information by clients and internal partners. Additionally, he leads all internal administrative functions reporting directly to the Group’s Head of Corporate Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant and currently undergoing studies as a Programming Analyst.
Sebastián Aguirre
Administration Supervisor
As Head of Administration, Sebastian currently leads all administrative processes. In essence, his responsability is to make all administrative and billing processes seamless and cristal clear. Having been with the organization for 10+ years Sebastian knows the ins and outs of the business becoming a key asset in the organizational day-to-day.
His academic background lies in the Business Administration field.
Santiago Zapata
Facilites Manager
Santiago brings over 12 years of experience in Facilities Management, having begun his experience at the Montevideo International Airport in 2008. His initial roles entailed the supervision of electrical installations during the construction of the new airport premises, being subsequently promoted to Maintenance Supervisor of the airport terminal. He has also acted as Project Director for a large on-site construction process of a new reception terminal in 2018, and is currently the Facilities Manager at LATIN AMERICA CARGO CITY. He is an enthusiastic go-getter always willing to go the extra mile in the strive for excellence.
