Latin America Cargo City has finalized the construction and will soon inaugurate a new state-of-the-art pharma warehouse, part of its long-term development plan related to pharmaceutical infrastructure and capabilities. The new building is fully integrated with the existing infrastructure and provide 500 additional positions in the +2+8 temperature range.
The company’s third pharma warehouse will store vaccines and other biological products as well as compassionate use drugs that will be stored and shipped to Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Paraguay and Colombia, amongst other countries.
“It is exciting to see that the materialization of the long term vision we had for Latin America Cargo City many years ago. In the past years the fast paced growth we have experienced was primarily tied to the discovery of Uruguay and LACC’s unique value proposition to better service the region, but we’ve seen an increment in the interest level given organizational needs to simplify their distribution efforts in an ever-so unstable and unpredictable global context”, said Noel Aguinaga, Head of Client Advisory at Latin America Cargo City.

The inauguration of the warehouse is scheduled for early Q3 2023.
